Looked at my sandwich and the other tomato had mold spots. Took it back and they refused to cancel/refund me and insisted that it’s not mold and that it’s normal for tomatoes have black spots on them.

Because it sat in a delivery car for so long, the sandwich arrived completely soggy and unappetizing. If they had given an accurate timeframe upfront, I would have ordered elsewhere. Looked at other reviews afterward and realized this is a massive, ongoing issue at this location. Avoid ordering delivery from here ***updating review*** still going back and forth with corporate. They dont care and are throwing it on the franchise owner. Franchise owner keeps lying to them stating they are contacting me and and they are not. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and other agency's. Corporate doesn't stand behind their name
