  Extremely disappointed. Placed a delivery order and it took a full hour to arrive at my house, which is only an 11-minute drive away. Because it sat in a delivery car for so long, the sandwich arrived completely soggy and unappetizing. If they had given an accurate timeframe upfront, I would have ordered elsewhere. Looked at other reviews afterward and realized this is a massive, ongoing issue at this location. Avoid ordering delivery from here

  My brother has ordered many times from Jimmy John's. Today will be the last time! Found a fly in my drink when I took the lid off to add ice. The kid taking the order on the phone could not comprehend I just wanted lettuce, mayo and tomato on the chicken sandwich. Ask them to please deliver to the apartment number because my brother is not mobile, cannot walk very far. So what did they do? left it by the mailboxes in the lobby. Too bad they didn't come to the door we had a cash tip waiting for them. Never again... This is what happens run your business.

  Batabia there is a reason this Jimmy Johns has 1.7-2 stars. They do not have the brain cells for customer service. Placed, an order and my last, an hour and half still no food I paid for on my card. Noone seems to understand simple 2nd floor delivery. These are kids working there..the manager rude, doesnt understand the concept of customers spending their money at that location is what keeps them employed. He found that statement laughable.

  I’m absolutely done with this location. I want my tips back, and I am a generous tipper. The past 5-6 times I’ve ordered from here, it always takes forever and a day to get the food, and when you call, it is nothing but excuses. It seems like it is run by kids who will get to it when they get to it. If I get a message saying out for delivery, I’m always calling 30 minutes later wondering where it is. When it feels like I a bothering them and they act like they are doing me a favor, it’s time to stop ordering. Lesson learned.
