- GWGabrielle WoodAug 27, 20261.0I came to pick up an order for my boyfriend under his name, jeremy. He placed the order at 5:53 and I arrived in the drive thru at about 6:10. The employee could not find the order and another employee came to the window to inform me that his order was not scheduled to be ready until 6:30 and that there were 8 orders ahead of me and then told me I have to go park for 20 mins and come back at 6:30 for the food. I didnt want to argue and be difficult, especially given the attitude I got, but this is wasting my time and extremely poor customer service. We did not realize there was a time associated with our order for pick up, however, ive done my time in food service and retail and i absolutely would never force a customer to leave my window and wait 20 minutes to get their order. We will not be returning to this location. Update: got the food and went home. The burrito bowl was super skimpy. There was half as much food as there normally is. Retaliation for being too early? I dont know. Very disappointed.

Every inch of the restaurant was disgusting with food on floor, every table was dirty as well as the seating, garbage bins running over while staff is playing with their phones duo g any down time. To top it off, the amount of meat in my crispy tacos really pissed me off. I got a very unpleasant reaction when I asked for more meat in one taco that was sorely missed, I was given 2 minuscule pieces of chicken. Suffice it to say, I will never go back to the Batavia Chipotle.
