We have placed mobile orders at this location three times over the past few months, only to be disappointed when returning home without all of our items. The first time we were missing fries, not a hig deal, not worth a 2 star review. The next time we were missing an entire sandwich, still not the end of the world. Now today picking up breakfast we were missing one box of the chicken minis. I think at this point we will look elsewhere for our fast food chicken needs. I would understand if we were ordering a crazy amount of food, but all three times this was food for 2 people so you essentially missed half of the order. Disappointed to say the least.

There’s been several times we get the wrong order, fries are missing, drink is incorrect, they forget to add cheese (to a menu item). Nothing that we alter. We’ve never left a bad review since they are our neighborhood chick fil an and we also live in Batavia we want to support our town businesses, but this morning it was quite upsetting. I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:22 and was in line before 10:30. The person at the ordering screen check on my order and says it’s too late to make the order. I explained I was already in line and placed my order ahead of time. She then says to go up to the window to talk about it.. not sure why she couldn’t just tell me what she needed to say at the ordering screen/booth instead at the pick up window. She had her manager come talk to me and tell me the same thing she said. I assume it was a manager since he had a different shirt on, I got to the window and he asks for my name, then reads my whole order and then says ok as she just told you we can’t make the breakfast since it’s past the 10:30 cut off time. I explained to him the same situation and he said they can’t make the items because it’s past 10:30 and then says “ like we literally can’t make them because we don’t have these items we ran out, like we no longer have this item here”. I’m failing to understand which one is it. Do you not have the food items in stock because that makes sense and I totally understand his position now where he can’t make the food, or can’t make them because it’s past 10:30? I was waiting in line in additional 10 min for him to tell me that when this could’ve been all said at the ordering screen to begin with. Not mislead me to think they’re still going to make my order and I’ll have to possibly wait around the building in front. It’s just a waste of time and bad communication/customer service.
