- JRJ R6 days ago1.0Always wasting my time, i go there every morning before work to get breakfast, the self checkout is always closed, they only have one lady at the register for the entire store, some people have carts full of groceries and i have to wait because they dont open self checkout, also they never have what im looking for, i try to eat healthy and avoid junk food, they never have what im looking for, the acai bowls, today i asked one of the workers why they dont have any, she said: let me make it for you, i was waiting for 10 minutes but i had to leave because im running late for work, they dont care about customers.

Needed help in the deli section and waited a couple minutes, the lady had her back turned so we decided to come back when she was less busy. After a few minutes, we came back and the lady walked away as we were headed in her direction. We waited again for a couple minutes and someone else was able to help us. As we were getting what we needed, the other lady came back, had her back turned on us again and either flicked us off or flicked off her coworker, either way, it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

I want to send a shout out to the guy working behind the meat counter on 04/08 in the morning, and to Collette and Harlan today. The app overcharged me by over $40 and I talked to three service representatives online and no one could resolve the issue, and Collette today worked really hard to make sure we got most of the discount. We love the online order pickups. The produce is sometimes moldy, but only because that’s how it arrives off the trucks. Overall, this place has great workers and good sales.
