  Literally the worst dunkin, the lady’s that work here are the absolute worst people and are extremely rude. Please don’t waste your time or money here

  Terrible customer service, I was standing by the counter for 5 minutes to make my order and nobody even said good morning they just ghosted me and other customer waiting to order… we had to leave because we could not order… they have so many customers that they simply don’t care anymore because no matter what they do people will still come. That’s why I rather to drink Starbucks better coffee and customer service that everyone deserves.

  I got a small hot chocolate. After getting home and opening letter to take a sip, I noticed how it looked half so I took off the entire lid. I paid almost 4 dollars for this and it’s not even full. It’s barely halfway full. It taste great that’s fine, but I would definitely check to see how much you have before leaving this location. If I didn’t Uber up there, I would’ve went back and just got my refund and gave them back this cup. I understand inflation but I paid for hot chocolate I didn’t pay for a cup.
