  I’ve had a consistently great experience here. The service is incredibly efficient, and every staff member I’ve encountered has been professional and genuinely pleasant. I really enjoy every visit.

  Fantastic service! The drive thru attendant was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. When I pulled up to the window she asked if I required napkins or anything else, and wished me a pleasant evening as well! Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend the Dairy Queen on Lake st.!

  My blizzards are consistently made incorrectly. I don’t get anything crazy, I get basic blizzards but just about every time I get something, it’s made incorrectly. This place has gone downhill.

  How does this place stay open. I tell you, it's such garbage. The people who own it and work there are so rude, slow and incompetent. How can you go one day and order. Cotton candy shake, and the next day "it's not possible". It's not possible to add milk and put it in a blender? Up charge me. I don't care I want what I want. How do you order a heath blizzard, take one bite of it, go in realizing it's cookie dough, then be questioned if I'm sure I ordered heath, then say they are going to have to charge me again. I've lived in Bartlett 42 years, even worked there as a kid. My money will NEVER be spent there again. And we used to ride our bikes and go at least 3 times a week. Place has gone to trash. And those are only my 2 most recent visits but it's gotten so absurd I just don't want to waste any more energy having to rethink all the nasty times. Good riddance.
