The two hot fudge sundaes as well. He was mean, like trying to make us feel guilty for ordering ice cream because he was working alone. My total came to $20.00 for what I ordered and I was jipped. Never will get ice cream here again but sure he will be happy about that. 😶

Then I went to the window and tried to order my second item, an ice cream without chocolate, and he said the didn't have that flavor. I named several others and again, they didn't have them. I asked him to tell me which flavors they did have without chocolate and he said only strawberry and vanilla. I asked him to please check and he said he was sure the rest had chocolate. He was too lazy to check when no other customers there. Horrible service and I won't return.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
