- JSJoanna SmolkaSep 2, 20261.0I’ve been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately the service has gotten progressively worse. The last few visits have been especially disappointing. I usually use the Chipotlane because it’s supposed to make pickup easier. Today, I waited there for over five minutes. I could see my food sitting on the counter, but no one came to the window. I honked once, then again, and still nobody came over. There wasn’t even a line, so I really don’t understand why it should take that long for someone to acknowledge a customer at the pickup window. On several other visits, the food quality has also been very inconsistent and just hasn’t tasted good. This location seems seriously understaffed, and both the service and food quality have gone downhill. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.

The guy filling the chip bags was in plain sight and would eat 1-2 chips per bag, and comment "yum" every time. Empty tables were dirty. Store needs some new management.
