  0 STARS IF I COULD! My son had never had Sonic, it's been 20 years since I've had Sonic at an out of state location. My son and I went to experience it. We sat in the drive thru for a bit so we decided to head in and order. I rang the bell to place our order. The kid said "We're not taking orders right now, we are too busy" BUT THEY WERE'NT. My son was so disappointed and never wants to try Sonic now. I have no interest. This was an awful experience after a not so great day. I don't understand how you stay in business when you turn people away. *****Response to your reply, I most definitely will not try again in the future. I've heard many many many horrible, awful complaints about this location. I have no interest. I'm not sure how your location stays open.

  Park-in screen didn't work in stall #14, was stuck on someone else's order and wouldn't back out. The call button didn't work. Only half the drive-in stalls even had screens and it was busy, the rest were full. Went to drive-thru and there was a sign on the speaker that said it didn't work and to pull up to the window. Sat at the window for 3 or 4 minutes before running out of patience and leaving. This is the closest location to us, but still 15 minutes out of the way, so very disappointing and a waste of time. We will not be back.

  Drive thru machine broken. Says to go to window. I sat there for 5 min and no one even bothered to open the windows to see if anyone was there. Who the hell is running this place?!

  I have never once had an order made correctly at this store. It feels so stupid to complain about but “no onions, add bacon” is so simple and they always remember to charge me for the bacon, but never put it on, at this point I’m just paying $1.10 for extra disappointment. Last time our orders were some weird hybrid of the three. And the fact that I have to yell out for someone to take my order at a drive in for crying out loud is insane.

  Went there on a weekday, waited in the drive thru, ordered and finally received our food, only to get home and find that my wife's dinner (corn dogs) was not in the bag. $30 for two chili dogs, onion ring, and two drinks. She attempted multiple times to reach the restaurant only to be looped back to the same "someone will be with you..." message. She did reach a corporate rep the next day that gave her the run around and eventually said they'd correct the issue and never did. Used to love the atmosphere, but the shine is gone. (Thanks for nothing corporate)
