    Workers are always rude at the window. They need a script or something because it’s ridiculous they don’t know how to talk to people. The food is always good tho.

    I was in Sunday 03/09 around 7:30, i did a mobile order that was for 3 drinks & I waited over 30 min until I went in which I still waited for another 10 min. The guy came up & i let him know that Ive been waiting for my drinks for a long time, he went to get my drinks & i realized that the whole parking lot & drive through were so packed that I began to question if he was the only one working. The guy gave me my drinks which I then asked if he was the only one & he replied yes I am. I apologized to him & thanked him for his hard work. He deserves a raise. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE WORKING DRIVE THRU & INSIDE. Poor management, as a manager they should had more workers that poor boy who seems younger than 21, was receiving angry customers because it was so busy & he was all alone working everything that he couldnt keep up with everything . Shame on the store for leaving him, there should never just be one worker alone. He deserves a raise for working hard. Very disappointed in the store.
