  I would give 0 stars the manager is so rude. After they messed up a delivery order placed more than 3 hours prior, he blamed Door Dash. When I called Door Dash it was confirmed the store made the error. "Manager" told me to complain to corporate what did I want him to do and he hung up on me. Do not visit this location if you want to be treated with respect because they are incapable. Manager should be terminated!

  On March 24, 2026, at 9:21 PM CST, I placed an order at the Pizza Hut location at 1276 N Lake St, Aurora, IL 60506. The manager, Michael, contacted me to confirm if I desired my pizza cut into squares. I patiently awaited the order. However, I began calling the location at 10:21 PM, 10:22 PM, and so on, but received no response. Despite the location being open until 11:00 PM CST, I was not contacted for the entire hour and a half before closing. I spent $56.00 on this order, only to be deceived by the call center and the Pizza Hut location. Michael and his staff did not answer my calls for the entire hour and a half before closing. As a result, I will never order from this location or from DoorDash in the future. I URGE THE PUBLIC to stop using DoorDash. This company has consistently provided poor customer service as well as Pizza Hut. With incompetent pizza hut staff & management, I intend to file a class action lawsuit against DoorDash and will contact every corporate number and email address until I receive a full refund of the $56.00 from Pizza Hut at 1275 N Lake St.

  They serve old pizzas from the day before. They've used expired products before. Place needs to be shut down. Trust ik.
