  Terrible service. Below average food. Overpriced. Not returning. Waited ten minutes just for someone to acknowledge me while a line piled up behind me. All I had was an online pickup order. Multiple employees working. Unreal.

  I ordered a pizza from the pizza Hut website. It was delivered by door dash which means my food was placed on the floor with no notification (knock on the door) of the delivery if not for my dog who knows how long it would have sat there. This place is less then a 10 min drive from my apartment, the pizza should have been piping hot instead it was so cold that the crust was hard as a rock. No to mention I ordered a large new york cheese pizza oregano is a topping and I did not ask for it and no one in New York who sells pizza puts oregano on your pizza without asking first. I ordered a mtn dew and I got a diet mtn dew. This experience was the worst. I had to chase down the door dash driver just to give him a tip, because they chose to use door dash I got the typical doordash shitty food and food put on the ground experience instead of the pizza hut knock on the door, hand you your order experience. Pizza Hut would have to accomplish a miracle to get me to order from them again. I can get a better pie from Costco or Sam's.

  These people cant follow simple instructions. I bought a pizza and specifically asked them NOT to put their "hut seasoning" on it because it makes the pizza way too greasy. Twice, they messed it up. I got fed up with their incompetence and asked for my money back. Apparently the manager knows how incompetent the assistant is because she said, on the phone that he will mess up a refund. She said she will come to this location at 9:30pm to give the refund. Its 6:30pm now. Im not coming back 3 hours later because she hires incompetent people. This place is a joke!

  just leaving this review because i went there tonight and wanted to applaud dude working at register (i didn’t get his name, sorry :() a customer came in who was rude and volatile and not only did the worker handle this with grace (imo) despite the other customer trying to escalate, the worker got me, and another customer in and out quick. not only quick but kindly (my pizza was delicious too) thank you so much! the workers are what make a place run- and i’m so sorry that you (whoever the team was) had to deal with that (entitled people treating you like less then human) during a friday night rush
