Now these things happen but when we called the manager about the monstrosity, he had a bit of a rude attitude and when we tried negotiating something like a refund or a new pizza he decided to get upset and hang up on us which is truly unacceptable. I understand maybe late into the night but the customer service and cleanliness of this establishment needs to be better. Truly unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated. 🐀
