I am sitting here right now, and this is the worst meal I have ever tasted in my life. They asked me if I wanted my bread warmed up; I said yes, but the bread was cold—freshly taken out of the refrigerator. Just imagine: the rest of the ingredients were also fresh out of the fridge. I only managed to take one bite because it was freezing cold; the bread felt like a scoop of vanilla ice cream—that’s how cold it was. The chicken soup was pure water; it had absolutely no chicken in it—only carrots. I would never come back to this place.

really disappointing panera. i came in about 1-2 weeks ago and got 2 sandwiches and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru mind you i was the first one and i don’t believe it took 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, when cars behind me started leaving and going inside i did too and asked them about it and they gave me my sandwiches right away. so they were waiting there and no one could bring it up to the window. today decided to give it another try and i ordered 1 full sandwich pair and everything and got only half of a sandwich. they gave me another half when i came in and told them but this is unacceptable and disappointing.

I ordered an Asiago bagel toasted well, it wasn’t, and was cold. The cashier Shannon was so mean, cold and rude. She truly shouldn’t be dealing with customers.

Stopped by the Panera on Route 59 & 75th for a quick coffee, and it took way longer than expected just to get a single cup. Not sure why something that simple took so long, especially when it wasn’t that busy.
The location itself is nice and convenient, but the slow service kind of defeats the purpose of a quick stop. If you’re in a rush, this might not be the best spot.
Overall: Good location, but service needs to be quicker—especially for basic orders like coffee.
