went around again, showed receipt and they denied that i ordered 3 more, when it was on my receipt. they give me a bag, obviously thinking that my three extra hashbrowns are in there not only did they only give me two they were telling me I was incorrect when I clearly was not, & stated proof on the app
claimed that they don’t do mobile refunds, but I’ve had someone ask me before if I wanted a refund. inconsistent policies
ended up still a hash brown shorted and I feel like it’s just a hash brown. I don’t know why they were making it Come out to be like I was trying to get free food

You know, I came to McDonald's for low prices and good deals in the app.
First it was 20% off $10+. Great! Then it was 20% off $12+. Okay. Now it's 15% off $15+... Yeah, I'll just go somewhere else.

Staff should have followed proper food safety and hygiene protocols. After handling a dirty cleaning rag and touching her face, the employee should have washed her hands before preparing food. The ice cream cone was touched in an area meant for consumption, which is not acceptable. The employee handing off the order also should have avoided direct contact fingers touching off paper wrapper.
Additionally, the ice cream sundae I also ordered was underfilled and did not reflect the price paid. Orders should be prepared with proper portion sizes to meet customer expectations.
Improved attention to cleanliness, food handling, and consistency in portions would significantly improve the experience.
