  Came in around 8:00 PM and ordered a Hunter’s Club and a wrap. At first, I was excited because the bread on my Hunter’s Club was warm, but unfortunately it seemed like it was just reheated. The bread was hard as a rock and made the sandwich very disappointing. I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Overall, this was a poor experience and definitely not what I’d expect from Jimmy John’s.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Andrew, the manager at Jimmy John’s on Orchard Road in Aurora, Illinois. He went completely above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore. After our Uber Eats order didn’t make it to us (as usual, drivers struggle to find our house), Andrew took it upon himself to personally make a fresh sandwich and drive it from Aurora to North Aurora—in the pouring rain—just to make sure we got what we ordered. That level of care, responsibility, and dedication is truly incredible. Not only is he an outstanding manager, but he’s also a genuinely great human being. He handled everything without hesitation, without complaints, and with a great attitude the entire time. People like Andrew are rare, and Jimmy John’s is lucky to have him. Huge respect and appreciation for everything he does!

  Im so disappointed. Im stuck at home with a newborn, I live 5 mins away. It took about 40 min to get my sandwich. I specifically left instructions for the doorbell not to be rang due to my sleeping baby. And of course they ring the bell.
