  I was visiting the Aurora University campus and decided to grab a sandwich for lunch. An employee by the name of Landon took special care to not cross-contaminate my food when I requested clean gloves as I am a vegetarian. I am often met by eye-rolling or a sigh but at this Jimmy John’s, I was met with an of course! As he added that his boyfriend is vegan and he completely understands. I will be coming back to this specific location whenever I am back in Illinois. The store and restroom was also very clean. Great job guys for having a great staff.

  I ordered a JJBLT toasted no mayo, extra bacon, and cheese. No cheese was added and only a couple strips of bacon. Extremely disappointing.

  I went in yesterday to use my free reward for my birthday. I placed the order in the app. Everything was fine until I ask the fat tall worker who was on shift to add more mayo (I requested extra mayo in the app) he is like more mayo I said yes that’s what I put in my order then when he slid down my sandwich I asked for my oil to be on top of the sandwich the worker in the middle told him and he just took the oil out and sat it there with an attitude and was like more? So we all are just standing there waiting for him to put the oil on Ty e sandwich. I’m like can you put the oil on my food so I can go, he had an attitude because I asked for my sandwich the way I like it but it’s my food so I can request it the way I want to without anyone being rude. His customer service was not a representation of the company and to intentionally stop making someone sandwich and just got them standing there is inconsiderate of a customer’s time. I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for over 10 years but this is my least favorite location they always just seem like they give rushed, slow and rude customer service. I placed the order between 11:10-11:25am.

  I just wanted to say that the Jimmy John's by Aurora University is phenomenal especially the gentleman "Landon". We are power washing the parking garage at Aurora University and we needed to eat. I phoned the order in and the girl was awesome taking our order. We received our food after Uber had gotten lost and we were missing 2 cookies! I called the store just to say hey we are missing 2 items and they sent another Uber driver out. Welllll she had gotten lost also so our cookies never came. I called the store and said that we never received our order let's just let it go and they said they will credit us. Long story short my phone was blowing up and it was "Landon" from Jimmy John's saying they have their driver dropping off our cookies. I was surprised when they showed up. He apologized and took care of us and we seriously wanted to say thank you to the team at Jimmy John's because after a long day power washing the parking garage the best prepackaged cookies made our day a little easier because they are so damn good! Thank you again "Landon"and team Jimmy John's! We will definitely be ordering again Tuesday!

  The young man's name was Landon that really screwed up my order with zero reason whatsoever given that I was the only customer that he had to take care of whenever I got there ,.. But his supervisor Mr Rico was more than adequate at offsetting for the lack of attention to detail when it came to a food allergy. The Remake was made right there in front of me with absolute perfection, and the level of communication empathy and respect given was enough for me to stop and say okay they messed up and they messed up really bad but they were also willing to do whatever it took to make it right... So out of acknowledgment of that respect I am letting everyone know that as long as you do not allow Landon to take your order or to be anywhere near your food, you should be just fine 😁🗺️ Here's the good food and better things to remember along the way... 🚚🎙️👀👀😎
