  This Jewel consistently has expired items on the shelf. We are talking in many cases items expired by several months and it seems they just don't care. Don't believe me? Walk in and grab a few items off the shelf and start reading dates, or even better, look at the breakfast sausage/meats in the refrigerated case near the produce. Horrible-the meat doesn't seem to be kept at temperature. Cases of bottled water with random leaking bottles (due to careless handling I can only assume) is also a consistent issue. It's unfortunate as this location is convenient to travel to. Staff as far as stockers seem to be completely oblivious to customers and will act like you're the one in the way while your shopping, not to mention the smell of weed on some of them is not pleasant. Monday chicken was a favorite of mine until dealing with the short heavy set gentleman with the beard at the counter. This guy will have a case full of chicken in front of him if its near closing and tell you to just grab a bag of soggy fried chicken thats been sitting under the salamander so he doesnt have to serve you. I will say all of the cashiers are awesome (Sandra is the best!). The butcher (big guy) is a great help and extremely friendly. I just wish this place would get its act together because it's frustrating.

  I will not be shopping at this Jewel-Osco again. The sale pricing in this store is extremely misleading. Items are displayed with sale prices that make you think you’re getting a great deal, only to find at checkout that they don’t ring up at the advertised price. Then you’re told you need to download an app to receive certain sale prices. If you don’t have your phone or don’t use the app, you apparently don’t get the prices that are displayed in the store. That feels incredibly deceptive and unfair to customers. Sale prices should be clearly explained and honored without requiring customers to jump through hoops just to get the advertised price. What really surprised me was that even some of the employees suggested that I shop at another local grocery store instead. I’ll definitely be taking their advice. On top of that, the butcher/meat department had a strong smell of what seemed like rotten meat. That is extremely concerning in a grocery store, especially in a department handling fresh food. Overall, this location left a terrible impression. Between the misleading sale pricing, app requirements, and the condition/smell of the meat department, I have no desire to return. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I want to recognize Chad for his exceptional customer service. On Monday Aug 24 2026 in the evening my pickup order was missing a few packs of ground beef, and despite me giving Chad the wrong name the order was made under he found the order right away and fixed everything without hesitation. His professionalism and courtesy truly made me feel appreciated as a customer. Great job, Chad.

  Always a great place to shop! The prices are excellent, the products are good quality, and the customer service is even better. It is nice to find a store that offers great value while still providing a pleasant shopping experience. Definitely worth coming back to.

  Insanely rude staff treating me like a criminal, a cheater and the worst person in the world because I was buying alcohol 4 min after they closed alcohol sales. Train better your staff to not assume we all are horrible people trying to get away with “illegal” stuff. One staff member told me there was a gate saying it was closed but I came in through the back because I was getting other stuff and there was no sign from the back. I’m an adult sane person with enough intelligence to understand and you don’t have to treat me like that. I told him it was ok and I was going back to put the alcohol back but he suddenly told me to go and try, I said it was ok but he insisted 3 times more. I went and the woman on checkout approached me so fast and in a very rude way took the alcohol from me like if not I would take it and run away from the store. now I know I shouldn’t have listened to him and that’s on me, but come on! Horrible experience.
