Serve your customers. Otherwise, they don’t come back.

Which is Insane being burritos and tacos is your entire business. My chips were so awful. Stale and soft with no absolutely no crunch. Since there was no salsa, I got the queso dip that was a blob of goop that clearly had been under a heat lamp for hours. Even the chicken in the burrito was dried out! How can you have Zero fresh food to serve, especially at dinner time??? Couldn't eat the chips, or cheese, choked down half a dry burrito before throwing that out too. First time at this location. Definitely the last. Worst food experience I've had at a Chipotle, and I have been to hundreds.

We're you pick up your food at the counter area the drop down section had food particularly on the stuff they sell look like it was the day before or early morning that was not cleaned. We bought a big bag of chips. Went to eat them and they were stall. Ended toss them in the trash.
