  DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely ridiculous experience at Chipotle tonight. I placed an online pickup order, showed up to the store, and was told they didn’t even have multiple items from my order available. Instead of simply canceling the order like I requested, the employees marked it as “ready for pickup” so it looked completed on their end, leaving me stuck trying to fight for a refund myself at 10 PM. To make things worse, the employee handling the situation ignored me for over 30 minutes while helping other customers and offered zero effort to fix the issue. I was told to contact customer support even though nobody was answering calls or chats that late at night. The entire situation felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. If your store can’t fulfill online orders, don’t mark them as completed just to avoid dealing with refunds. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time

  The dirtiest place ever. Better you close guys. Poor service and mess up everywhere. All of them jocking around and only couple guys getting the orders ready. The stove runs all the time while i there with nothing on. Omg! Congrats to both of those guys whom show compromise. U do not deserve that environment.

  I am not sure where the general managers and higher up at corporate are. But this place is disgusting! I have never been in a Chipotle or any resturant w less care. It starts at the front door which looks like someone cleaned it with a dirty greasy rag. The glass at the counter is even worse. The way food is scooped and placed in to the customers bowls is the real demonstration of no care for the quality of their work or image. I watched rice and beans essentially tossed in a bowl with the majority hitting the counter then pushed back into the serving container. So disgusting I had to leave. I could only wonder what their care for not cross contaminating food, food temps. As a business owner I would be appauled

  all the times my sisters and i go to this location, our experience is fallen short. the drink station is always empty and dirty, as well as the line where the food is being held. the food was okay today, too much lemon on the rice, and the cashier wasn’t that friendly. as a restaurant manager myself, all i have to say is that this store needs to do better, especially in the afternoon

  I’ve been here a few times since it’s on my route to and from. The food never quite is right. The girl today asked me three times what rice beans and meat I wanted. It was maybe 10-15 seconds apart. I understand sometimes we get distracted but three times in 30 seconds is a lot. I also know she heard me because she acknowledged me each time. I asked for extra rice all three times since I don’t get much on my burrito and she looked annoyed when I had to ask a fourth because she gave me one scoop. My tortilla was so overcooked and I couldn’t tell from how it looked necessarily or I would’ve asked for a new one. The second girl to help me looked at her and told her not to cook the next ones so long, which is frustrating because she acknowledged that it was going to be great. Despite that I figured it would just have a little crunch so whatever, it was half inedible at that point. The chicken was charred and overall it just seems like a bunch of college kids with no grown ups around. The guy in front of me was friends with the TWO people standing at the register (only one was doing anything) and they were so busy goofing off with him I had to just stand there well after he was done paying. Honestly just move to the side so the line can keep moving, literally would not care if they just got me out of there rather than make stand there while they hung out with their buddy and gave him a free drink.
