- BMBen MuellerSep 15, 20261.0I hesitate to visit this location because I have received poor service here in the past, and unfortunately, today was no exception. I was in a hurry and stopped to pick up a burrito, but only one employee was working at the counter—making the food and then handling the payments—while several other employees appeared to be working in the back on mobile orders. After waiting a long time for my order, I then had to wait again to pay while the employee made burritos for customers behind me. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I do not blame the employee working at the counter. He did a fine job under the circumstances, but he should not have been expected to handle everything by himself. Management needs to schedule more employees, offer better wages if necessary to attract workers, and provide better service to customers who take the time to come inside and order. This level of service is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to return. If the service improves in the future, I would consider updating this review, but I was very disappointed with what I experienced today.

They are always out of certain meats, veggies or extra add ons with nothing cooking to replace what they are out of. Very disappointing and frustrating especially when im already paying 13 dollars for a meal that dosent even include everything I want in it. This is by far the worst Chipotle ive ever been too inside was messy and gross as well. I will probably never go back to that location.
