We stopped here for a quick bite to eat, there were no cars in the drive thru at lunchtime which should have been a red flag, but we ordered anyway. It took 16 minutes get 2 burgers and 2 fries... at the 10 minute mark, I asked the cashier if everything was OK? She replied that they were waiting on our French fries to finish cooking. Once we received our food. It was cold like it had been sitting for a while. DQ = disqualified. I'll never eat here again.
