As soon as I got to the drive through window, the employee brought out the order, even though there were two cars in front of me, which has never happened before. All three of my kids got diarrhea from the burgers. My son kept complaining of stomach pains and couldn’t go to school. I realized that we got our order so fast because the food had been sitting out and not cooked to order. I called the manager and explained what happened, he said he had to look up the order because I threw away the receipt and would get back to me. He never even apologized or offered compensation, I had to ask for a refund. I waited a week and a half with no response or an apology. I called corporate office and filed a complaint and finally in the process of getting a refund. Definitely not going back to this location again
