  wish i could give 0 stars. if you value your time, DO NOT COME HERE. Employees are amazing.. the staffing is NOT IT. do NOT come here. it will take you 20-30 minutes just to get a few items scanned and checked out. not because the employees are slow, no, but because there’s NOBODY WORKING. EVER. WHY IS THERE ONLY 1 PERSON TO HELP WITH EVERYBODYS PROBLEMS AT ALL TIMES? and EVERY. SINGLE. EMPLOYEE. LOOKS. STRESSED. why is there literally only 1 cashier all the time and IF there is 2 it’s for like 3 hours? even if there are 2, checkout still is extremely slow because there’s always only 1 bagger and they’re doing the carts, so they can’t even bag, the CASHIERS have to bag for you, or you have to bag by YOURSELF. half the reason i go to jewel is so i can have my bags bagged for me. now you guys are too lazy to schedule 1 more person to do the thing most people come here for? This store used to be amazing, everything would go so smoothly and i loved talking to the employees, they’re all so kind and personable. i’m honestly never coming back here, not because i dislike the store, but because of how all over the place everything has been for the past few months. if only you guys could schedule LITERALLY 2 more people, like how everything USED to be when it would run smoothly?? like this isn’t a multi-billion dollar corporation? zero consistency whatsoever, which is sad because it’s such a nice small store with great employees. i’d much rather not speak to anyone and get my groceries checked out faster at a different store. again. if you value your time, DO NOT COME HERE.

  Don't bother shopping here. Terrible staff. Never helpful. No greeting or "Have a nice day" EVER. They just locked up early while watching me walk up to the door. I would've been out with my one item in less than two minutes, but the person inside turned their back on me and walked away. They are bad every time I've been here. I'll take the drive to Rand Road and get a better experience. I don't know why management lets so many of them get away with such a lack of customer service. I would be ashamed to work here.
