  I ordered the 6 meal deal and asked multiple times that I do not want any bacon on my bagel. I get home and find bacon in my bagel….. now I have to throw this away. Every time I visit this specific location I have issues with my order. The latte I ordered today as well was basically just milk.

  you really need to re train everyone in that store cause no one knows how to make the drinks a iced latte should not look like the color of milk no coffee flavor at all just pure sugary milk drink disgusting went back inside for a refund will not be coming here this happens way too often at this location no one knows how to make the drinks beyond inconsistent

  Coffee is great. Walk into any Dunkin Robbins shop they are prompt, and I rarely have had poor experience. Go into the smallest shop, there are maybe 10-15 security cameras in the ceiling (wait, don't look up), and a few chairs to sit down. One Starbucks around the block from this Dunkin, has no chairs at all. None. Probably not even makeshift stool for the drive-thru crew, either, I'm assuming. On your FEET, soldier, when I roll around for my sixth or seventh espresso milk for the day. Ciao!

  My drive thru experience this morning 2/26 643am or so was just as refreshing as the Spritz refresher. The girl at the window was so pleasant and kind. I’d rather spend my money at a place that makes my mornings better rather than a Starbucks barista that treats you like a transaction. Shout out to the team this morning for having great customer service skills. Something not typical nowadays.
