Didn't have order ready and didn't get it right. Not the first time, but it'll be our last.

Very disappointing service. I visited this Chipotle on August 30 around 8:10 PM. There was no line, yet the employee preparing my order was rushing and gave me barely half a scoop of meat. When I asked him to simply give me a normal full portion — not extra meat — he refused and said I would have to pay extra. He then became argumentative instead of fixing the portion. I’m not asking for free food. I’m asking to receive the full portion I’m already paying for. This kind of service and attitude is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this situation.

I drove to this location 15 minutes from the Mount Prospect store that stopped making food just after 10 and were out of chicken and steak. They said they don't make more food later because the company does not allow them if it's not gonna sell . I came to the Arlington Heights location and they Put everything away and said they threw away the food. The restaurant was open, and I walked in on them during business hours with everything put away. This is just terrible!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced during my visit to Chipotle. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at Chipotle, and I feel that management should be made aware of what occurred. I arrived at 7:00 PM, which was the scheduled pickup time for my order. I waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 20 minutes, only to be told by the employee assisting me that my order had not yet been prepared and that I needed to drive around and get back in line. I found this response extremely unreasonable and unaccommodating. I was already there at the designated pickup time. I was not demanding that my food be prepared immediately or rushing the employees. I simply expected my order to be available around the pickup time I was given. Being told to leave and get back in line, potentially resulting in another 20-minute wait, was not an appropriate way to handle the situation. I then asked to speak with a manager, expecting the situation to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, the manager, Domonic, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, he was raising his voice and yelling at me in front of my child, telling me that they were not going to help me with my order and that I needed to come back because they were busy. I understand that restaurants can become extremely busy, and I have no problem being patient when employees are doing their best. However, being busy does not justify speaking to a customer disrespectfully, yelling at them, or refusing to provide reasonable assistance. I was calm and simply asking for the order I had already placed and arrived to pick up at the scheduled time. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the order, I was refused. My entire order was only a kids’ meal, which makes the way this situation was handled even more difficult to understand. I left feeling extremely frustrated and disrespected. Customers should not have to tolerate being yelled at, dismissed, or treated as though they are an inconvenience simply for asking for an order they have already paid for. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed, including the conduct of the manager, Domonic. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why I was refused a refund after receiving such poor service.
