  Not usually a review-writer, but Binny's in Arlington Heights deserves a shoutout — specifically Jordan and Matt. Jordan basically knows everything about alcohol and is your go-to guy no matter what you're looking for. Matt's the same deal over in the beer section, always happy to help you figure out what you need. Neither of them rushes you — they take their time, treat you like family, and honestly make every visit kind of fun. This has turned into my only Binny's, and pretty much my only liquor store period at this point. Jordan and Matt are the reason, and they deserve the recognition!

  It's always a excellent experience at this Binny's! The folks who work there are welcoming, super knowledgeable and always happy to help. They're also really upfront about what they like and what their experiences have been with different spirits too, which I really appreciate.

  I truly appreciate the knowledge the stores employees have regarding the products and what are the current trends and insights. Specifically, Jordan who handles the Bourbon. He is always on top of new releases and knows the back story to almost every distillery. His suggestions on flavor profiles on multiple releases are spot on. He is always willing to find that hard to procure special bottle for a special occasion. It's the personal attention he provides that makes Binnys more than just a spirits store, it becomes a unique experience where I can obtain knowledge, a friendly face, and quality bourbon at the best price.
