  I walked into the Antioch location. There were 2 young men sitting at 2 booths. As I ordered they were making snide comments about me and the workers. The workers started laughing, and it was obvious they knew these young men. I originally was going to eat at your location, but felt so uncomfortable I walked out. I will never go to this location again, especially when Jersey Mike's is across the street.

  Shrinkflation. Very little lettuce, tomato, onion, sauce. A one time great Sammy gone downhill.

  Made a catering order, paid for it. only to arrive at the store and told they wouldn’t do the order. Despite having plenty of bread to make the 8 sandwiches we ordered they said they wouldn’t make them. Update - went over to the Round Lake location and they made the order!
