  Went today to order the new drink (marshmellow cloud dunkalatte) and they asked me how to make it because it was new and they didn’t know. Don’t they get trained with new drinks? It tasted awful too. Prefer DD in Walmart wayyyy more

  I usually love a Dunkin run in the morning but never again at this location. Theres was a bit of a rush and they seemed disorganized. I waited 16 mins to get my food and they persisted to ask my friend instead of me if they had everything.

  Unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill since the remodeling and staff changes. The customer service has become very poor. The staff is rude and unwelcoming, with no basic greetings and no effort to be polite or helpful. When there’s an issue with an order, it feels like an inconvenience to them rather than something they’re willing to fix. I used to enjoy coming to this Dunkin, but lately the experience has been consistently frustrating. I truly hope management takes steps to improve training and customer service, because the current atmosphere is not pleasant
