  Tried to order through Uber eats and when the driver arrived to pick up the order they said they were all out of beef at that site. According to the driver they were very rude about it too which isn't right. The delivery driver couldn't possibly have known that and shouldn't have been treated poorly because of it. The one time I want to actually have Arby's and they show how unprofessional they actually are. I won't be giving them another chance any time soon.

  We stopped at this Arby’s in Antioch after completing the Tough Mudder event on August 29, 2026. We came all the way from Chicago, and after a long, exhausting day, we were definitely ready for some good food! Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and really hit the spot. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Abigail! She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and made sure our entire order was correct. Her great attitude and excellent customer service made our visit even better. Thank you, Abigail and the Arby’s team, for taking such great care of us. We had a great experience and would definitely stop here again whenever we’re back in the Antioch area! Highly recommended!

  So my wife and son went through the drive through and got disciplined by an employee that she didn’t announce her coupon at the drive through speaker. Then they proceeded to dump the fries in the bag and throw the bag at my wife that she luckily caught. This kind of customer service is untollerated and unacceptable. If these people don’t like and respect their job they should be replaced. 1000% unacceptable especially at today’s prices. Please review your cameras and take proper actions to your employees
