  I have had great service here. I know they have an entire new team but I also talk to them while I’m there. Yeah I can say sometimes we have to wait but given what this store was a couple months ago I feel like my foods much better quality now.

  If I could give this location a zero I would. They had the music up so loud you couldn't even talk, my daughter asked them nicely to turn it down (every customer in there thanked her for asking them to turn it down), they refused but then the music started almost skipping like an old CD, after about 10 min my daughter went back up and told them to just turn it off because it was so loud and skipping driving everyone crazy. The employees at that point started threatening my daughter and yelling that she wanted it turned up. So my husband went up and they continued talking shit the manager even said this is our standard. Literally everyone in there wanted it turned down which should have been an easy request. The employees were the rudest I have encounter in my life. I know that isn't wing stops standards because I have been to many of them. And by some of these other reviews and the fact they have a very low rating maybe the owner needs to do something about it.

  Food wasn’t up to par so I asked for a refund….. I didn’t eat anything just wasn’t happy with the quality and size. I was told I could not get a refund and I need to go online for one. I left the food right there and I will be waiting for my refund.

  So Wingstop has been in Alton for a little while now. So me and the wife decided to go out and give it a try since it's out of the normal we get there. We are the only ones there make our order with a front girl that is very lacking in social skills and I would not suggest is the front person for a business at whatsoever lacks a personality for it. So after this we wait 26 minutes for two 10 piece meals when it finally arrives the fries were fairly warm. The wings were okay. Not something I would go out somewhere to pay for. That's for sure. Did not have the quality expected. Was like I fried wings in my kitchen myself. There is really no nothing that stuck out. The flavorings were improperly done most the flavorings for the parm wings and the fries were in the bottom of the basket, not actually on them. During this time we noticed improper protocols of doordash pickups bags were not being properly sealed. The girl up front while the rest of her team is running around getting things done. Decided her only job was to run the cashier and take an order and she wasn't even that great at that entire time. We're waiting. She's just standing around. Our last visit to Wingstop

  Service was really fast was only in there for maybe five minutes, but, the wings And fries were already premade; fries were cold, Wings were warm, but not hot And fresh, just Disappointing really…🙃
