  For the third day this week I ordered a quarter pound hamburger plain. No cheese. Nothing. I was given a quarter pound cheeseburger. I returned it. They threw it away and I waited 25 minutes for my replacement burger. While standing inside.

  I visit the McDonald’s near the Alton Bridge regularly—typically five days a week on my way to work—for breakfast. Unfortunately, my order is incorrect more often than not, which has been increasingly frustrating over time. Today, April 17 at approximately 10:30 a.m., I ordered something very simple: a tea with three Splenda. Even that was wrong—the tea had no Splenda at all. This has become a pattern, not a one-time mistake. Consistently getting orders wrong, even on the simplest items, reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control. As a business owner myself, I would be enraged if my employees were consistently getting orders wrong. You need to do better. Today was the last straw. I will not be returning to this location—ever. I will be taking my business to the McDonald’s next to my workplace going forward.
