  We used to order Jimmy John’s often at work, but the order times were taking too long. They informed us they were short handed and that was the reason we were waiting over 45 minutes for our orders, not one order one day, but multiple orders, multiple days, and time frames. Today I placed an order and my cookies rang up free. The employee, Audrey, whom I was later told was the general manager, canceled our order due to the free cookies. I called the location back to find out if they were going to correct the pricing error on their app. That same employee was rude and hung up on me when I called back. I wasn’t disrespectful, I didn’t raise my voice, I didn’t call anyone names, but she found it reasonable to hang up on me. When I called back to find out the managers name and the location number, I was told it was Audrey. I have now been on hold with them for 7 minutes as of right now to find out if I can order the food I tried to order already. The customer service here is trash and the staff are obviously overworked and stressed out. Maybe corporate or the store GM (you again Audrey) should hire additional staff so customers wouldn’t continue to have these issues.

  We placed a mobile order on the app and waited 10 minutes Before leaving target, when we pulled up we went through the drive through and heard complaints from another customer about pro-nouns yelling at an employee. Irrelevant to us we moved up to the speaker told our name on the speaker and checked the order said ready. They said they ‘just got the order’ and could we park in front of the building (which was so hard to do due to the line around the building) for them to not come out to bring it out. We went in and got the order finally after 30 mins of ordering.

  my mustard and cheese subbie sangwich had over 100 pubic hairs in it! that really burnt my beans. you obviously expect to have some pubes in your sandwich when you visit this Jimmie Jon's, but that's just way too many gosh dang pubes!!!!!

  The sandwiches are really good. And the workers are very pleasant. But they are not fast at all.
