  The Food Is Always Fresh And HOT!! Today Tiffany Took Our Order And When I Was Confused She Was Very Kind And Patient And Helped Me Find What I Didn't See On The Menus! She Always Has Amazing Customer Service And Makes The BEST Drinks!! She Deserves A Party And A Raise!!!

  Called them after ordering an uber eats delivery and they told me there was an issue with their system i had to figure out, after the fact they gave me an attitude and hung up. Ive never had this problem before

  First and foremost, the fries were cold and tasted distinctly chemical (like burnt fryer oil or uncleaned fryers; I'd know, I was a career cook for years on years). The chicken tenders I ordered only because I got a very disgusting garlic butter burger last time, were thrown haphazardly into the bag that I never put on its side once on my two minute drive home, and spilled onto my floor when I attempted to retrieve them. They, too, tasted chemical and oily. Also, the drive through clerk seemed very distracted and somehow misconstrued "barbecue sauce" as "jalapeño ranch." I was honestly incredibly frustrated I spent my money here as I no longer go to McDonald's and it was a late-night last-ditch choice. I've never had such bad quality or service at any of the locations in Colorado. Please do better.

  Never got my food. Had to repeat my small order 4 times to the girl, then waited in drive thru line only to hear the girl repeat back a completely different order. She asked for a 5th time what I wanted and still didn’t get it! Just unbelievable! I couldn’t believe how stupid and confused she was. I left. I just left. Never again!
