  This is the worse McDonald's on the planet. Asked for a straw with my refresher drink and was told straws not served with the drink. I said thank you for the info but can I have a straw anyway and was told to check the McDonald's policy on the drinks. I offered to buy the straw and was still denied.

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Do not recommend. Bathroom was disgusting and an employee sat on phone in stall while line of customers waited for stall.

  We just got some cold fries. Plus I asked for the five dollar meal and said she didn't know about it. Then my friend asked for the same one and she made it. But she just said she didn't know what I was talking about. His food is cold and straight sucks. She had not one customer. She needs to quit if she doesn't want to do her job right. Now we at taco bell get hot fresh food. With great service

  Everytime I dine here it's always fast service and reliable never had any issues or any concerns good place and the CS is understanding.

  There are 3 windows at the drive thru. Noone specified which windows were for what. When the 2nd window had nobody anywhere in sight, I pulled up to 3rd window when another car pulled up behind me. I waited awhile at the third window & was then treated like the problem. When I apologized/ explained myself, the employee closed the window & walked off. For a moment, I appreciated the quick response to this post with link asking for more info "to look into this matter further," but I see a range of recent & awful reviews with the same link. You don't need more info or more of our time. It's clear from Google reviews that you need better oversight, management, & training for employees.
