  I’m very disappointed about the way I was handled here. I have IBS and I went to Jimmy John’s because this is one of my safe foods. I ordered my food for 9am and no one was at the window at this time. When I got home and opened my sandwich I saw a very sloppy sandwich with no meat in it I called to get it remade and was told by the manager that she could only refund my money due to a policy. Instead of remaking my sandwich and keeping your customer I now had to drive all the way back Get my money back and go to another Jimmy John’s. That made absolutely no sense but I’m so happy. I discovered the Crestwood location. Their customer service is much better. I will never come back to this place again.

  Called and ordered 2 sandwiches. The kid taking the order had a hard time understanding the order. Finally got him to confirm the correct things I wanted. Picked up the order, confirmed with the kid again what the sandwiches should be after they were wrapped. Got home. Sandwiches were wrong.

  I cover 7 states and eat at Jimmy Johns almost everyday. Place is the worst Jimmy Johns in the 7 states that I cover. By far. Always nice kids working but just can't seem to do anything right. Constant mistakes.
