  Freaky slow... There’s JJ’s locations that have my sandwich ready before i find my card! This is the exact opposite every visit. I need fast. Time is money. Might as well phone in, go shopping at Home Depot and come back. Get it together!

  The service went down!! I used to go here all the time and never had a problem. The last 2 times have been terrible. Sandwich is so sloppy and they are always missing peppers when I add peppers. I'm done with this location.

  Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery and only received 2. I called the restaurant and spoke with one of the managers Saturday 07/11/2026 at 12:30 who asked me if I would be able to come and pick it up. When I told her no that’s why I opted for delivery she told me the only way I was getting my sandwich was to come pick it up. When I asked her to refund the sandwich she refused to refund it because I got the other 2. When I asked for her store ID and supervisor contact info she refused to provide that info. The way it should’ve been handled is to schedule another a Uber Eats driver to pick the sandwich up and maybe throw in a free drink or whatever and apologize to your customer for your mistake not tell them the only way they’re getting their food is come pick it up. Completely unprofessional. Will never order from this location again.

  I’m very disappointed about the way I was handled here. I have IBS and I went to Jimmy John’s because this is one of my safe foods. I ordered my food for 9am and no one was at the window at this time. When I got home and opened my sandwich I saw a very sloppy sandwich with no meat in it I called to get it remade and was told by the manager that she could only refund my money due to a policy. Instead of remaking my sandwich and keeping your customer I now had to drive all the way back Get my money back and go to another Jimmy John’s. That made absolutely no sense but I’m so happy. I discovered the Crestwood location. Their customer service is much better. I will never come back to this place again.
