  Never have I ever had a disgusting experience in this jewel until yesterday. All by asking for some fresh chicken and then the deli department besides one guy back there was beyond ignorant unprofessional employees there. If you can’t handle customer service they have no business working there. But to have the one tall girl in deli to wave you off and ask if she can help anyone else, meanwhile I’m right there saying I’m next. Then when her employee tells her I was next wants to act like oh you was helping her and now wants to take care of me. Nope so the ignorance comes right back to you. But now after this poor experience she goes right back to her other coworker who was making the chicken to conversate about me right in front of me as if I can’t hear what she saying. Then both of them HAVE THE NERVE to point stare at me and laugh. Then once we find a manager named Ethan saying it’s his first day, he didn’t stop the employees for making the comments or for not helping customers. What Ethan did was ask the customers to calm down and then starts laughing with these ignorant employees. What manager laughs and takes the employees side over customer service. I get it Monday’s are busy but now to act like this is completely out of character. Half the deli needs to be reevaluated and this manager needs to be taken accountability for the store actions. Never again will I shop at this store again and is looking forward to speaking to the higher ups of Albertsons

  Lately been my favorite Jewel to go to. Always have stuff in stock especially when they are having sales. I live closer to Merrionette Park Jewel, but they are always out of stuff, so I’m willing to drive a little bit further to come to Alsip Jewel. Keep it going guys! Good job!

  This Jewel has always been my go to store while living in the area for the last ten years. This morning I arrived there to make purchases of $62 dollars while in line 3 I ask the cashier if she could give me change for a dollar, she said she didn’t have it. Ok they just open at 6:00 I’m there at 6:05 she has coins but didn’t want to give it to me, so I put my groceries aside and when to purchase one item to get the coins but she wasn’t having that she didn’t charge me taxes on the item so she wouldn’t have to give me change back . I hope that made her day for being right out unprofessional and ignorant and evil all in one. Now I will never shop there again. But a great ending. I went to The speedway on 127 in Pulaski and the one Gentlemen working the register,I asked him could he give me a quarter for a dollar cause I just needed a quarter and he said hold on ,he went out to his car and retrieved the quarter and gave it to me. That what I remember growing up People being kind And extending courtesy. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind and courteous and professional, but the consequences of being ugly and evil and unprofessional has it petty place for petty people with petty ideas.

  The online shoppers are beyond rude and will "complete your order" but when you pick up your order they don't give you all of the items and claim that that's all the bags they found in the back. I think they keep the items. Unbelievable
