- DTDominique T2 days ago1.0Pick up and go manager, Michelle, is an uncontrolled manager that belittles her employees when she is in the wrong and does not know how to handle customer escalations. I was missing $60 of groceries she tried to say I wasn’t in the system and I was at the wrong store through another employee. Refused to come and speak after 30 mins and asking 3 times for manager. Refused to give me GM contact after I walked over and told her I would call corporate instead. She then blocked me from leaving the store and raised her voice. I had NO product, no refund. She only came to speak after I said corporate. I asked her to back up multiple times and leave me alone and let me cross to be with my partner. After refusing to let me leave and asking others to intervene. I stated I would call the police and prompted an employee to distract her where I was able to leave. Corporate was notified. Other employees stated this is normal behavior for her and she wouldn’t let them tell me when to come in for the GM. Will not go to this store ever again.
- AKAmy KulovitzAug 17, 20261.0Don’t bother placing a catering order for this jewel for a party. BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT END UP WITH FOOD! Had a catering order for yesterday and they told me to go check with the drive n go pickup area. Which doesn’t make any sense because I placed a catering order. They jst didn’t want to deal with me at all. I tried that a the of course didn’t have my order at all. So we had to wait an hour standing there with rude employees not wanting to help anyone. So my party was short on food because we could only get what they had available because at 2 pm they didn’t plan on making any more chicken. Never again!! Oh. And the chicken I did get.. they mixed spicy chicken in with what should have been only honey and because one of my guests is extremely sensitive to spice because of a stomach issue it made her incredibly SICK!

Can't speak English, can't find a address, and delivered the wrong groceries. Then went back to the store and stated no one was home. I was sitting on the porch and spoke to them. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY. My money BETTER BE REFUNDED.

- MMMEGJul 19, 20265.0This has to be one of my top five jewels to go to. I don’t have problems at all with the store. They seem to have all of my favorite things and it’s always nice and fresh. The people are very nice and helpful as well.
