- CBChloe BartkowiakJul 31, 20261.0I had came into this Dunkin getting the same hot coffee that I always ordered and I came back inside after tasting my coffee. When I came inside to ask if they could make it fresh because it was bitter like it had been siting out too long not like it’s bitter because it’s coffee I also only add cream so that would lighten it up a bit and one of the girls was very sweet and assisted me while a lady that was probably in her early 20’s with dyed reddish hair with some nose piercings came over and said your coffee is bitter because their is no sugar and I kindly said I get this order all the time and know how it should taste after I had said that she continued to argue with me instead of making a new coffee saying Dunkin coffee is bitter so that’s why it taste that way saying it while walking away, I’m not sure if she’s a manager or employee but I personally wouldn’t want someone working in my business that made the customers feel unwelcome even though our money and service keeps them getting a pay check each week or so. The people that are in charge of interviews really need to step it up or the owner needs to come in once in a while and check on their interactions with customers.

Dont know what's up with this location but service is always off. The cashiers are rude they make you wait at the drive thru and when you say hello they tell you hold on in such a rude way. Dunkin in crestwood and midlothian is so much better if I have to drive farther to get greated better I sure will!

First of all why is the door locked every single morning now? They can’t handle the rush so they lock their doors to make the drive thru longer that way people leave. Second of all they are messing up the orders left and right. Now third of all today their are only 2 employees there who I feel so sorry for Angelica and Jessica are trying so hard to get the store open and they can’t even serve their customers until hopefully 12 PM they need help and the manager just decided not to show up! CORPORATE DO SOMETHING UPDATE ITS 6/25 at 2:30 PM the store is closed? Whoever owns this place needs to get it together I have been coming to this location for 14+ years this is getting terrible
