- MMmarissaAug 26, 20251.0I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts where they took remaking a coffee the biggest deal ever as if I was trying to get a free coffee.. I literally was told to come in when a manager was there and given the date she would be there , mind you I went in and she wasn’t there. I was treated as if I was crazy and lying to get a free coffee then they preceded to say they don’t give out free coffees yet I was only there asking for my remake which I was told I would get ? Again the employees made it seem as if I was just trying to come up on a free coffee and the whole situation was uncomfortable and I sat there for like 20 minutes. Unprofessional and will not be returning to this Dunkin
