- PKP. KoehlerDec 28, 20193.0My grandson and I like this place. They are always nice to us. They get our orders correct. It's with the product I have problems. I have 3 issues with this location. First - the price, way to high. Second - if they make a mistake they try really hard to make it your (my) fault. Things go wrong, they should just accept fault. Third - frequently their doughnuts have gotten hard and they are still selling them. STOP, after so many hours you know they don't last that long. They cost way to much to eat hard. It is a big treat to go get doughnuts, milk and vanilla chai. It's when we buy more than 2 doughnuts we run into trouble. The take home orders. When we sit down in here no problem, we have a great time. Nice environment for a talk and visit. I feel, They need to have the doughnuts delivered twice a day not once. As for sandwiches I have never gotten a bad one here, they are always correct.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
