  Ridiculous. Ordered ahead of time in Mobile app and STILL have to wait 15 minutes in a drive-up spot. Would have been faster NOT to order ahead. What is the point??

  Food was good, but this franchise feels cheapened. There is barely workers, the place is not clean. The play area is always sooo dirty and gross and the floors are sticky. The soda machine was broken and there was no ketchup in the containers. The service was great and the food was good.

  Woman at drive through couldnt speak english well, so she fought with me for 5 min at the window saying the soda and mcChicken was 12 dollars I told her it wasnt $12.something please get your manager, this went on for a few min then she called manager; comes over and says she didnt care her employees fight with customers or didnt know how to do the job,manager says you want it or not,,un heck No probly spit in it for me... WHO owns this place?

  If you cant understand English you shouldn't be working the drive thru speaker. They got my order completely wrong after repeating it more then once ! & then the number is not WORKING

  Went into McDonald's and had a pretty frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order while inside and grabbed cookies that were literally cold and rock hard. When I asked for fresh ones, I was told I needed to request that before placing the order which makes no sense for a mobile order placed on the spot. I’m not complaining, but working in the restaurant industry, I would think something like “fresh” would be a well-understood, basic expectation. What really threw me off was the staff’s reaction confused looks, and one employee even asked, “What does fresh mean?” and had to check with the manager. On the terminology of “Fresh” On top of that, the manager in the black vest gave off a noticeable attitude through her facial expressions, which didn’t help the situation at all. Overall, poor quality control and a confusing customer service experience over something that should be simple.
