- SSS Sisters4 days ago1.0El joven que está preparando la comida trae un solo guante y no se lo quita para usar la caja y tocar dinero y sigue usando el mismo guante no se lo quita asta rotó lo trae, y el otro joven no usa guantes, aparte el tocino muy duro, y pedimos café largo y nos dan mediano, y se tardan mucho aparte que les dan la comida a otros antes que nosotros y llegamos primero.

- OGOlya GurbelJun 9, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience. We paid for 24 donuts through the touchscreen kiosk, only to be told afterward that they didn’t have any donuts available. When we asked for a refund, the employee said he couldn’t do it because the order was placed through the kiosk instead of the register. The only solution offered was to come back another day and pick up the donuts then. That makes no sense!! We needed the donuts that day. No alternative solution was offered, no attempt was made to make things right, and no refund was provided. If an item is out of stock, customers should not be able to purchase it. Taking someone’s money for a product you don’t have and then telling them to come back another day is unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I will absolutely be sharing this experience with my friends, family, and others so they know that this kind of situation is possible at this location. I would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone.
