  im absolutely sick and tired of coming here and dealing with the snobby teenagers who work here. its annoying. the cut off was when i ask for my son to have an icecream cone with his kids meal they say, “okay youre going to have to give the toy back” like what? before they never had an issue but these past 3 times they ask for it back! which whatever its a cheap mini book, but the employees are so rude about it! the first time for example was ridiculous! i took my son to the Breakfast for Dinner event they had and oh my gosh! talk about unfriendly, first of all the girl who host it was super rude, i walked up to her to see what was going on as i just arrived and she was having a conversation with guest and she didnt even acknowledge me until i spoke up, just kept side eyeing me like i was a bother, she didnt want to give me the coloring page because my son was sleeping but he definitely was going to wake up to eat and regardless just give me the damn coloring page who cares thats how you host an event, she didnt give me the coloring page for him at all by the way because he was “sleeping”. and then the icecream, i asked for the ice cream for my son with his kids meal and the girl said “okay we need the book back if you want the icecream” she said it in a terrible attitude, like what? taking a toy away from a baby.. how cool! they need to be trained and make that an option when taking orders then to make that clear if everytime i ask for the icecream for my baby they make me give the toy back that i didnt ask for! the snobby teenage attitudes, the picking and choosing who to say hi to, have a good day, picking up trash, getting my order wrong, etc, the list goes on. elgin location would NEVER! im over this location!

  Worst experience ever from this specific location. The girls are too busy yapping and not paying attention and didn’t out the salad dressing in. When my mom went back around to ask for it the staff and working manger argued back and forth about the dressing were in the bag when they were. I have no energy to yap like the unprofessional crew that was working yesterday nonetheless I will suggest Management review their cameras this day and have the girls working retrained on serving customers first and professionalism

  Employees here are so kind and absolutely amazing! Very attentive and always have smiles on their faces with kind tones. Restaurant is usually pretty clean and quick. Great experience every time

  Blessed to have such an amazing encounter with the manager JD and staff. My car had turned off at the drive through while I was with my son. He immediately offered me some water and some juice for my son, then went ahead and invited me in for some free food while I waited for my husband to Help me with the car. Even offered help to push the car, call a tow truck, help my husband, and help me carry my food while I was holding my son. Everyone gave me a warm welcome and had patience while I needed to get everything figured out. Sure enough it was just the battery. But thank you to JD and the staff for The food and kindness God bless.
