  Placed an order online for pickup, my husband waited 20 min for an order that said will be ready at 2:20pm he came out of there at 2:40 pm with the food, then gave it another chance and waited 20 min again!! And he said there were other customers that were waiting for longer. Please! Fix this, I was waiting in the car with my kids since we're like it'll be in and out and nope! 👎

  Went on 05/16/26 and I need to say hands down the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant, Myself and my wife got there and the place was probably 40% full, I ordered a unsweetened ice tea that was pure water, then came the appetizer after waiting close to a half hour for them of course they were cold as crap, and what was odd that a family came in literally ten minutes after us, and they got their appetizers two minutes after we received ours, which I found hard to believe since we were there first, second came the smallest portion of food ive had for the price I paid, there tacos are a total joke, They removed the appetizer from our bill but that definitely doesn't make the situation better, This location should be closed, Im definitely never going back to this garbage location ever again, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Pics will be included if I could give it zero stars I definitely would.

  Honestly, I just feel really bad for the servers. Not a manager in sight. Nobody doing table touches to make sure everything’s good. Food came out dry and not that hot like it was sitting there for a while. When I told my server that the wings were dry, I asked for a side of sauce and she asked if she could take my plate back to the kitchen. I thought that was very weird. It also just made the food colder walking into the kitchen and walking it back. It looked like they may be tossed some of the wings in more sauce, but the other wings were left still dry. It was just the strangest dinner I’ve ever had. The servers are way more concerned about the high school boys then about actually serving people who are coming to eat. Just spare yourself unless you’re 16 years old not worth it. The girl that brought us our food was supposed to come back with mustard for my son’s burger and instead she ran food to the table next to us and then completely ignored us. It was just honestly one of the worst meals. I wish I hadn’t paid for it honestly. It was not worth it. I cannot stress enough how much this dinner was not worth the money.
