I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything was prepared really well, and you could tell care went into making the meal.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the young lady at the front counter. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and friendly. Her positive attitude and warm customer service really stood out and made the visit even better. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely makes you feel welcome.
Great food, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍕❤️
After there was a small hiccup on my part they were very amazing at getting the new correct pizza made and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Will deff come back
This is the strangest most uninviting Pizza Hut I've ever seen in my life. All the windows are painted black and they don't have a single neon sign saying they are open or anything. It literally looks like a boarded up defunct business. The inside has zero natural light because of the black painted over windows. There is zero Pizza Hut stuff or anything inside besides the logo above the counter and the menu. There is dead silence. Behind the counter is just old dirty shelving and supplies. The place is a mess. If it didn't say Pizza Hut above the counter you'd have no idea where you were. It's like a Pizza Hut being run out of a storage facility. It's so weird. There's also no buzzer on the door or anything so the employees took forever to even notice I was standing there in the awkward dead silence
Want a Pizza Hut with great deals and amazing customer service come to this location! I love how fresh the pepperoni pizza is here. And now they have medium stuffed crust. So good 10/10

I ordered 2 pizzas and 2x 2-liters from this place, which is about as simple as orders get. Nothing crazy or complicated pizza wise, just a sausage pizza with peppers and onions and a chicken pizza with olives and onions. The app tells me it will be ready in 15 minutes, so I show up 20-25 minutes later to give them a little extra time, just in case...
I roll up in the parking lot and see 1 woman inside, so no line or rush is good, or so I thought. I come in, nobody comes up to the front and not until someone else comes in does the guy come from the back. Not a welcome, how can I help you, sorry for the wait, no. "What are you here for? I'm picking up. Name?" Disappears in the back again, goes to bring out 1 pizza, and then the girl in the back tells him not to. Then I'm told it's going to be another 10 minutes because there was an issue...
Why does the app need your phone number if when there's "an issue" or delay they can't even communicate that? I decided to leave and not get anything. The place never even called me to tell me the order was ready, will I be picking it up, what happened, etc. So, apparently this place is left in the not so capable hands of kids who don't have the slightest clue how to provide any actual customer service or do their jobs correctly. All of the places I used to enjoy going to in my younger days and formulating good memories at are being ruined and replaced with bad experiences/memories. Is it really that hard to hire competent staff that can communicate? Absolutely pathetic.
