  The lady in charge of the morning shift is very slow and doesn’t deliver good service. Waited 20 minutes for a meal I ordered on the app just for it to come cold. Won’t be coming back to this location.

  This is multiple times, I get the wrong order. Can’t go back, my lunch time is over and can’t get to them over the phone. The worst ever. I ordered chicken sandwich and got bug Mac, I don’t like beef. I also noticed they don’t give you a receipt because they screw up so much.

  The Drive Thru at this location is iffy at best , quite ridiculous. Yesterday (and this has happened previosly) - i pulled into one of the drive thru lanes at 5 pm - no other cars around nor in front of me - NO response from the drive thru attendant- after a couple minutes I was told "please hold on" then two other cars pulled up in the other drive thru lane and ordered--still no reply in my drive thru lane - when I said "hello ?" - I was again told "please hold on" - after 3-4 more minutes of no response I drove away and wen to Burger King across the street ( great whopperw/cheese) Who knows how much business this location is losing due to whatever the heck is going on.. on the inside- I've also been to this location before and while the order was right on the drive thry screen- pieces were missing when I arrived home

  The hometown McD's dropping the ball yet again. Ordered my breakfast bagel with EXTRA breakfast sauce, got NO breakfast sauce on my sandwhich. Granted, it is a very modified order, but still, why order extra when they're not even going to add it on there in the first place? Not to mention, when I visit on my lunch breaks, I'm one of the select few that has to wait over half my lunch break for them to bring my food to me; just for them to forget to bring out my drink! I know it gets super busy around lunch and all, but a meal usually has a drink with it! It's starting to seem like every time I come to this location, they find some way to mess up the order, either by forgetting something entirely, or messing it up in general.
