    Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order at 12:25 PM for ASAP delivery. At 1:12 PM, I called to check the status and was told my order was “on the way.” At 1:48 PM, I called again because I still had not received anything and was again told it was “on the way.” They put me on hold while they contacted the driver, then came back and told me it would be there ASAP. At 2:15 PM, nearly two hours after placing my order, I called again and spoke with the third different manager I had dealt with. This time I was told their system showed my order as delivered at 12:50 PM. That makes absolutely no sense. The order was never delivered to me. My delivery instructions specifically stated to MEET ME personally at the entrance. Nobody met me, nobody called me, and I never received my food. If their system showed it was delivered at 12:50, I also don’t understand why I was told at both 1:12 and 1:48 that it was still on the road. What made the experience even worse was that through all separate phone calls, I did not receive a single apology from anyone I spoke with. Not once did anyone say they were sorry for the delay, the conflicting information, or the fact that my food was never actually delivered.

    I am pregnant and need to heat deli meat to steaming prior to eating (per my doctor's instructions). Because of this, I usually choose to just get a veggie sub, but I was craving a Turkey Tom. This restaurant refused to make the sandwich with the meat on the side so that I could heat the turkey up at home separately from the rest of the sandwich. I'm very disappointed that they refused to make such a simple accommodation.
