  In all the years that I've been a Wingstop customer, l've never been as disappointed as I was with today's experience at this particular location. I drove 45 minutes (from Burley) only to encounter a hiccup with a gift card that I purchased at another Wingstop location. I almost got ran off the road on the way to pick up my order which isn't their fault at all but did add to the frustration I felt during my experience. I was turned away and to be honest I was utterly baffled by the lack of consideration or care that was put forth in order to maintain or manage their customer experience. I did in fact call the location where the gift card was obtained, just felt like this location did little to nothing to help me which did not make me want to spend my money on the them especially when considering that an online order runs you $10 cheaper.

  Chicken tasted great, but was very hard. The service was really good, but the music was very loud, so we could not hear each other (7 of us). Was most of us's first time.

  Food was good however, after driving all the way across town to get our order my son got home and we were missing a meal. Sent my son back for his meal since that was what was missing and they told him they wouldn't fix it unless he brought back the whole order. I called and she said no they wouldn't fix our order since we didn't bring the whole bag back. So our whole order would get cold and soggy? The people that had their food were already eating so that wasn't an option. She did finally agree to replace his wings JUST THIS TIME after I got upset. Maybe don't forget people's food the first time and then say you won't fix your mistake.

  Walked in Tuesday night at 11:20pm 40 minutes before they close and I was told that they can't do anymore walk ins because their system won't let people do orders. Why stay open until midnight if you can't serve people. It's irritating to say the least. Ill be going elsewhere to eat until they change this.
