  It’s a 50/50 gamble if l get my food, and honestly that’s pushing it. Ordered a number 7 tonight, didn’t get the tortilla chips that come with it or the green sauce packets that come with it, but of course the employees feel comfortable being pushy and short while I’m ordering or paying. It’s like this 90% of the time. I’m tired of paying for a meal and having to pull everything out of the bag while still in the drive through to make sure I got everything. McDonald’s gets it right 100% of the time. Jack in the box gets it right 100% of the time. Burger King gets it right 100% of the time. Sonic gets it right 100% of the time. What is missing here where I get crappy service and half my food darn near every time? Won’t be coming back anymore and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stop coming here. It’s become ridiculous. Yeah I get it , it’s just fast food, but at a 70-80% fail rate I’d rather just spend it somewhere else. Which sucks because when the rare occasion comes along that I DO get my food it’s pretty good. I called and complained and the employee's only response was “yeah that’s fair”.

  We ordered in the lobby and waited for 30 minutes. Several people who ordered after us got their food. We asked for a refund and the manager gave us one and he still got us our food. Long wait but the manager was cool.

  Food was good service barely there, tables were all dirty, customers had to ask for someone to clean their tables before they could sit and eat anywhere, including ours. 2 people on break, but dining room dirty…. Umm where did the days go where they kept lobby clean before u can go on break….

  I love Taco Bell as a weight loss low calorie option place. However I was a bit disappointed in how little volume the veggies bowl was. Other wise I usually have good food and good customer service here.

  Absolutely horrible service. Had an online order before I left my place to go grab it. Took 10 minutes to drive over and waited almost a half hour before I got my food once I got there. Then let my order sit in a bag behind the counter until I went up and asked. Saw half the store get their food before I did. I’ll drive to Jerome next time.
