Good service, great shake, and onion rings were crispy. Bacon cheeseburger was not very good.

Took 9 minutes to make 3 drinks and one of them was the berry refresher which tasted like they mixed berry flavoring with paint thinner. We were the only car in line too, that's the last time we go there.

The service wasn't what I had expected. After pulling in after another car I pushed the button and patiently waited for my order to be taken. The car before me had received their order and left and I was still waiting for my order to be taken. I had to re push the button three times due to the timer timing out and got no response as the employees were looking at me through the window, as if they were purposefully ignoring me hoping that I would go away. After a period of waiting another car had pulled into a spot next to me and waited as well. Finally then I was informed over the intercom that they were only taking drive through orders.
I proceeded to go to the drive through and waited at the intercom for another period of time and wasn't sure if the intercom was even working. After waiting, I pulled up to the window as did the car behind me assuming the other car also thought that the intercom wasn't working either. When I pulled up to the window, I waited for another few minutes until and employee came up to the window and told me that I needed to return back to the drive through and go back to the intercom if I wanted to order. The same intercom that I had previously waited at.
My experience at this location was not a good experience in the least bit. I understand being short staffed and I am happy to wait when that is the situation, but ignoring customers and obviously seeing them sitting and waiting and not acknowledging them or failing to communicate is unprofessional.
