Have been 3 times now and not had great experiences any of the times. The first time, I ordered inside on their kiosk. Their monitor said my food was ready after about 15 min, but my food was not in their pickup area. I heard them talking in the back about how all it needed was my cinnamon bagels. So, I continued to wait. After about 20 min of waiting, I went to the counter to ask about my order and she said the bagels should be finished cooking shortly. So I waited again for about 20 more minutes with nothing. So I went back up to the counter and asked a different person how much longer for the bagels. She said 10 more minutes. I mentioned that my hot sandwiches had now been sitting in the bag for 40 min while waiting for the bagels and were no longer going to be hot. She said they would remake them in a snarky way and they did, but only after she went to the back and shouted, “someone remake these sandwiches!” At no point did anyone tell me that they were out of bagels and that it would be a long wait before more came out. At no point did they offer a refund or replacement of other bagels. They just left me waiting.Once the bagels were finished cooking, they put them in the bag and I finally got my food. When I got home, I pulled the bag of bagels out and they had been so hot that they were all squished and the plastic bag melted and had holes in it. All the bagels fell out, some had melted plastic stuck to them.
The second time I ordered online and did drive through pick up. When my order was ready, I got in line, but apparently the order in front of me was not ready, so I sat behind them waiting for 20 min. They were the only other car in line. Then, when I got home with my food, I noticed missing items. The sandwiches also had very little meat on them. For what they charge, you would expect a bit more meat.
The last time I went, they were out of the cookie I ordered so had to go with a different one. I also ordered online and did inside pickup. It said my order would be ready at a specific time and when I went in to get it, I still had to wait 10 more minutes for it to be ready. They have a lot to improve on. They are expensive for what you get, and their customer service isn’t great at all!
Walked in excited to try Panera in Twin as we’ve loved the Boise location but it was extremely unkempt. Every table was dirty. The floors were littered with trash and crumbs. Went to use the restroom and it was just as bad. Toilet was gross. Sink was dirty. Trash was overflowing. Mentioned to the staff that a table needed wiped down and she was apologetic and went to wipe down a table. I hope they can figure things out in the future but I don’t think if I’ll be back seeing how unclean it was.
Unmanned Space Program or Bakery?
I went into this Panera expecting dinner, but apparently, I stumbled into an unmanned space program. Almost every employee seemed completely checked out. Ask a question? "I don't know," followed immediately by them scurrying off to pretend to work. They couldn't even manage to read my full 4-letter name off the ticket, opting to just shout the first letter instead.
The atmosphere aggressively screams, "shut up and get out"—a graveyard would honestly be a more welcoming environment. We paid $80 for three people to get what essentially amounted to an overpriced snack. I ordered a cheesesteak and had to play hide-and-seek to find both the cheese and the steak.
Shoutout to the one single employee who was mentally present—you are the only thing keeping the lights on. As for the rest of the staff, at least they won't have to cook at home considering how much they were snacking on the clock. I felt my wisdom points dropping just standing there. Next time, I’ll save my money and dine at a petting zoo. I'd rather fight a goat for pellets.
Long wait and the most terrifying is the ladies had their long hair hanging over food with one lady actually standing there aggressively biting her nails and picking her nose and then handling the food. I was appalled. I'll pass on viruses, diseases and hair in my food thank you. Needless to say I won't be going back. It's brand new and it's really this bad? Yes it is.

Ordered through uber. None of the drivers could find your location after 2 hours of waiting and almost canceling a driver foud it but the food sat there for im sure close to that long. Ordered grilled cheese that was a joke! Instead of making it over I guess letting in sit there forever is acceptable to this businesses standards. Probably why you only have 2 stars which to me is far to generous... doesn't look like you guys are making a very good first impression on your customers.... not to mention the portions are a flipping JOKE!!!
