- MLMicheala LynnMay 8, 20261.0These guys are super slow. Door dash orders take way too long. Even when there is no one in the lobby. They used to be fast, I wonder what happened! They don't pay attention to receipt it's either.

They took a long time to get our food and when we got it every burger was wrong the patties were overdone and not juicy and the fries were not fresh. Watching them make the burgers you could see the confusion and disorder.

Try the Cajun fries for that extra kick!! Ketchup or fry sauce is available and even malt vinegar is on hand with condiment cups that have lids!! Customized shakes and soda machines are also available..... Five guys is special to me because my first date with my now husband was at a Five Guys and that was in April of 2015.....

I updated my review from 1 to now 3 stars because I really do appreciate the effort and quick reply. Chances are I will still probably not return, but it’s fair to recognize when a business tries. They did the right thing. Best of luck to this store. Very disappointed. First too occupied to say more than “name, have a nice day” to me. Obnoxious kid literally didn’t put a second effort more into that. My food was wrong, missing 4 of the ingredients printed online, on the receipt, everything. They offered nothing to make it right. Big waste of time and money.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
