    I visited the Dutch Bros location in Twin Falls, Idaho today, and it was 104°F outside. It was upsetting to see an employee taking orders in the heat with only a cooling necklace to help keep her cool. Employees working in extreme temperatures deserve better protection. I've seen other Dutch Bros locations provide employees with cooling vests or chest-mounted cooling packs, and this location should be doing the same. Heat exhaustion and heat stroke are serious risks, and no one should have to jeopardize their health just to serve coffee. I truly hope management and corporate take a closer look at the working conditions at this stand and prioritize the safety and well-being of their employees. I'll be contacting corporate on Monday because I believe every employee deserves a safe working environment. Please do better, Dutch Bros.

    I went through the line to get a drink for my two year-old. When I got to the window, they did not greet me with anything but “is this what you ordered?”. I asked if they would put it into her cup for me because I was driving and she’s two years old and will spill the cup that they give us. When I asked the girl at the window if she would be willing to pour it into the cup, she walked away and did not respond. Then, when the person who finished making the drink tried to hand it to me, I asked him if he would pour it into the cup, and he told me “I have to get back to work, I don’t have time for that” and walked off. I used to work at this Dutch Bros and that is not the quality of service that is to be the standard at Dutch Bros. Not to mention, I was sitting in the line for over 30 minutes at this point. The service was so bad in fact, I don’t think I will ever go back here, even though it was my home shop.

    I have ordered oat milk extra hot latte yesterday. But they prepared regular milk and it was almost cold . They didn’t warm the milk directly put to the espresso. I asked she told me extra hot . It was really disappointing
